I found out only this year that you can write to Father Christmas (Care of) Royal Mail and they will send a free letter back. You must do it by 6th December to ensure your little one gets it but all you have to do is send it to this address:

Mine sent theirs off quite a while ago now and are still waiting, but presumably they will send them nearer to Christmas - the kids will have forgotten about it by then so it will be great to remind them of their letter.
